This policy explains what data MheCore Solutions collects on mhecore.com, why, and how you can exercise your rights. It applies in accordance with Mauritanian law no. 2017-020 on the protection of personal data and, for visitors located in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box provided, and on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (quotes). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Retention
Messages and quote requests are kept for 12 months after the last exchange, subject to applicable legal obligations. Unsuccessful applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask for deletion. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Recipients and processors
Your data is intended only for the MheCore Solutions team. It is never sold or transferred. To run the website we use the following providers:
- Cloudflare (website hosting, R2 photo and video storage, Turnstile spam protection, audience measurement);
- Zoho (business e-mail);
- a transactional e-mail service to forward your messages and send your confirmations.
Some of these providers may process data outside Mauritania. We choose providers that offer appropriate security and confidentiality guarantees.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses no advertising cookies and no commercial tracking. Audience measurement uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and collects no data that identifies you. Form spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) is only used to tell humans from bots. The map on the Contact page is provided by OpenStreetMap.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS only. Access to received messages is limited to the people who need it to handle your request.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase and object to the processing of your data, and where applicable the right to restrict processing and to data portability. To exercise them, write to [email protected]. We reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can contact the competent data protection authority: in Mauritania, the personal data protection authority; in the European Union, the authority of your country of residence.

This policy may be updated. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
