Frequently asked questions
What services do you offer?
We work in six areas: IT consulting and audit, systems and networks, cybersecurity, infrastructure and hosting, solutions integration, and hardware and software licences. We also maintain what we install.
Where do you operate?
We are based in Nouakchott and work across Mauritania. We also support projects in West Africa.
Can you work remotely?
Yes. Much of the administration and support can be done remotely and securely. We come on site when needed: installation, cabling, hardware failures.
Do you work with public bodies and NGOs?
Yes. We support public administrations, large companies, SMEs and retailers, as well as NGOs and international organisations.
How do I get a quote?
Fill in the quote request form, message us on WhatsApp or call us. You can attach a specification or an equipment list as a PDF. You receive an e-mail acknowledgement, then a clear, costed proposal.
Should we start with an audit?
It is not required, but it is often the best starting point: the audit reviews your system and proposes a prioritised, costed action plan. You remain free to carry it out with us or not.
Do you sell hardware and licences?
Yes: computers, servers, printers, network equipment and licences (Microsoft 365, Windows Server, antivirus, backup). We can also install the hardware.
Do you manage licence renewals?
Yes. We track your licence renewal dates and warn you before they expire, to avoid any service interruption.
Do you train our staff?
Yes. We train users on the tools we install, and we run cybersecurity awareness sessions to teach good habits.
Will we have a dedicated contact?
Yes. Every client has a single point of contact who knows their business, follows their requests and answers quickly.
Do we receive documentation of our installation?
Yes. At the end of every project we hand over technical documentation: network map, equipment configuration and access details. Your system does not depend on a single person.
How do you handle our data?
Information we access during our work remains confidential. Data sent through this website is processed according to our privacy policy, in line with Mauritanian law no. 2017-020 and the GDPR.
Are you hiring?
Open positions are published on the Careers page. You can also send an open application with your CV there.
